About Jodie:

Jodie is a Broadway Actress, Renowned Teacher and Coach, and Author. Her Broadway/Broadway National Tour Credits include “Les Miserables” (Cosette), "Joseph...Dreamcoat" (Narrator), "CATS"(Grizabella), for which she has the distinction of being the youngest actor to portray the role, and the Pre-Broadway show “Martin Guerre” (lead character Bertrande). Most Recently, Jodie was in "Gypsy" starring Disney Legend Jodi Benson. Jodie starred as Donna in "Mamma Mia" at the Ogunquit Playhouse, The Wick Theater and Actors Playhouse. She also starred in the highly acclaimed production of "Joseph...Dreamcoat" at the Maltz Jupiter Theater and as Eva Peron in “Evita”. Jodie is also the co-author of the acclaimed book “Making it on Broadway”. Jodie has her B.F.A from Tisch School of the Arts and her M.F.A from U.C.L.A. Masterclass Details:

Join us for an exciting and educational vocal workshop led by industry veteran Jodie Langel! This is a unique opportunity for students to sharpen their audition skills, strengthen vocal technique, and gain invaluable insights from a renowned performer and educator in the Broadway and Performing Arts industry!

What to Expect:

Each student will receive individualized coaching with Jodie—prepare a 32-bar cut of a musical theatre audition song.
Begin with a full-class vocal warm-up led by Jodie.
Perform your audition cut and receive direct, one-on-one feedback.
Learn from your peers as you observe others being coached.
After the singing portion, stay for a Q&A session and photos with Jodie!

Whether you’re preparing for upcoming auditions or just looking to grow as a vocalist, this workshop is a fantastic opportunity to build your confidence and resume.
